What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We all know Yvette takes hours to get ready. That’s why we told her the wedding starts at 3pm, instead of 4pm, no ifs ands or buts, so that we can try to have her out the door and riding down the isle on horseback by 3:50pm. We all know everyone will be on time, except the bride. However if you would like to arrive early, this Venue is so easy to navigate, since it’s mostly outside, we ask you be there 15-30 minutes to spare before the bride arrives.

What is the dress code?

The ceremony will be outside and reception will be between outdoors and indoors, and the theme is cowboys and cowgirls, country/western if you like. Western shirt, nice pair of blue jeans, cowboy boots, cowboy hats, baseball caps, and a jacket if it gets cold, umbrella if it rains, and a smile upon arrival!

What will the weather be like?

This is Colorado, and since it’ll be June it’s hard to say, but if it’s anything like the summer of 2023 where it rained almost everyday till the end of July, bring an umbrella, or if it’s anything like the summer of 2021 where it was a complete drought, still bring an umbrella and sunscreen. Bug spray too, since the summer time bugs will be out. (Ants, flys, mosquitoes, nats, ect).

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Yes, plenty of space in fact. There’s a whole parking area where signs will point to where you need to go.

Are kids welcome?

Can’t find a babysitter? Don’t worry the bride and groom are now parents and Garret will need some friends to play with. There’s a playground on the venue sight and it needs to be used and have the great outdoors to just run around.

Do we prefer gifts or cards?

We will have a lock box so if you have cards or anything small you can bring what you’d like and put it in the lock box and there will be a gift table.

Do you have any food allergies that you need to make the bridal party aware of?

Nuts, eggs, dairy, ect.
