If you are staying in town for a few days, visiting Grand Rapids or family, we would recommend staying in Grandville as it is a central location close to family, activities, and the wedding celebration location.

West Michigan is a wonderful place to visit. There is so much to do in the area, you can't go wrong. Hot spots to visit include Grand Rapids, Holland, and Grand Haven. Grandville is a central location if you are staying multiple days.

Grand Rapids is the 'Big City' of West Michigan with a beautiful downtown consisting of museums, little shops, restaurants, sporting events, and many more activities.

If you are hoping to see Lake Michigan, Holland is your best bet. Holland has a wonderful downtown with fun shops, along with a Social District (can walk around with alcoholic drinks on the sidewalk). Lots of great restaurants and bars.
