Definitely check out the listed hotels. Encouraging our guest to book at the Pineola. It is a 10 minute drive from the venue and such a great hotel! They do not provide hotel blocks but the owners are so wonderful and know to expect most of the rooms to be booked for our wedding weekend. The price is so great for the area and time of year! 2024 dates may not yet be available online, please call 828-733-4979 to reserve for our wedding weekend! **This will be the location for the day after tailgate!

This mountain town runs very low on ubers. There are a few taxi services in the area. We recommend calling and reserving these services in advance. Check out transportation under travel for a list of taxi services in the area.

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm on Friday, October 11th. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to start mingling and take a seat.

Yes! We do encourage our guest to rent a taxi if planning to consume alcohol.

Temperatures tend to dip a bit at night, and if you want to hang out on the lawn at all during the reception, you might want to bring a jacket or wrap. However, there will also be a fire pit, and lots of cocktails to help keep you warm.
