A shuttle service of a 14 passenger van will be offered on the wedding day (July 20th). Shuttle will make multiple rounds to arrive/depart from the venue, stopping at each of the two hotels listed below. Feel free to eat, drink, and celebrate-- we will get you home safe!

For the beach bonfire Friday night (or if you choose to forgo the shuttle on the wedding day) we would recommend the use of Uber/Lyft. We have been informed that there is some parking available at the venue, but because it is also a resort during busy season, there is a chance that it could be very limited/nonexistent.

If choosing to fly, we recommend flying into the Destin-Fort Walton Airport (VPS). Panama City Beach and Pensacola also have airports within driving distance, just slightly farther. If driving, it is roughly a 14 hr drive from the Kansas City metro. We recommend searching Southwest for cheaper flights, but many airlines fly to the area.

Hotels will only hold the blocks/group rate until ____________. Summer is the busy season at this beach destination, so we do recommend booking early to ensure the lowest rate. If hotels are full, there are many in the area around the venue, and AirBNB as a secondary option.
