Tier 1: Dutch Chocolate sponge with heath toffee filling and a chocolate swiss meringue buttercream
Tier 2: Brown butter cake with cardamom and chai swiss meringue buttercream
Tier 3; White velvet cake filled with passionfruit curd with ruby chocolate swiss meringue buttercream
Mini Kransekake
Kransekake is a traditional Norwegian wreath cake often had at weddings. Gluten free due to it's sole use of almond flour, this dessert features a soft center reminiscent of a chewy cookie
Lingonberry Skyr Mousse with Whipped Ruby Chocolate
Also known as Trollkrem, a Norwegian dessert meaning troll cream. Lingonberries are a tart berry similar to a cranberry in flavor. This tart mouse pairs beautifully with Ruby Chocolate, the fruity fourth type of chocolate after dark, milk and white that was officially introduced in 2017.
