You will have to call in to the hotel to secure the block. Please reference the DOEHRING-CLAYTON wedding for the block code. There are a limited number of hotel blocks for the night before (10-10-24) for any early travelers. The blocks do fill up quickly, so please plan accordingly! To receive the discounted price, please reserve you room by September 10th. Any booking after that will be at a higher price.

Since the shuttles are departing around normal check-in time, if you wish to settle into your room before the ceremony, please be sure to request an early accommodation.


We will have two shuttles transporting guests from the designated hotel to the venue and back. Please see the transportation tab for details and pick-up times.
