Is altitude sickness real?

Yes it is very real! They call this the mile high city as we are located at 5280 feet above sea level. This means that you must drink a lot of water (with electrolytes - like salt, potassium, chloride) to mitigate the side effects. Altitude also affects alcohol intake. It's the equivalent of 1 beer at altitude feels like 2 beers at sea level. We want everyone to be safe, but still have a good time!
