Luckily, a fast bond formed between the two strangers primarily over a shared love of public infrastructure, team sports, bean salad, our baby boy Brandon, pre-bed tea time, and not responding to any of your text messages :)

On July 4th, 2024, Josie and Zoe decided to get engaged as platonic life partners. They sealed the deal when Josie bent down on one knee and offered Zoe a half-eaten a blueberry scone as a token of the partnership they were forging.
