The gentleman working at Emerald City Florist was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He was very considerate when it came to listening to my ideas. He closed the door to the store during appointments so that he could give me and my mother h...is full attention, and he was a great listener. He kept my budget as well as my overall colors and theme in mind. He gave great feedback and was wonderful at helping me formulate my ideas. The only draw back is the flowers are pricey, but he helped me cut back and still get exactly what I wanted. He even went through the trouble of putting together a sample vase and allowed me to come to the store the day before the wedding to give feedback and suggestions on how the flowers were coming along (though I opted not to). I couldn't have been happier with the final product. The flowers were delivered fresh and timely. I got exactly what I wanted and am still hearing wonderful feedback from family and friends.
Though price was a factor, they were reasonable compared to other vendors. You have to factor into budget flowers that have to be shipped b/c they are out of season. Tip:You can go cheaper by going with something in season, going with single stems, or going with bundles of an inexpensive flower.
Overall: Great quality and service. Reasonable/OK value when compared to other local florists
