I would go to Walmart for their flowers before dealing with Tildy, again. I used Tildy for a Mother's Day delivery and the $65 flower arrangement was delivered in a plastic cup/vase with some of the flowers beginning to wilt, and when I emailed about the flowers (that even my mother-in-law told us to see if we could received a refund for if she gave the flowers back), I was met with a comabtive email from the owner (Rachel Fortune) and offered a mere %15 off a future delivery.

Regarding delivery and price there is a statement of disclaimer on our site in regards to delivery zones / area. It is followed by the statement to call if there are questions regarding the delivery areas and fees associated.
Regarding the order that you received from another florist in the total amount of 20.00, I have been in the Floral and Wedding industry for over 25 years and if you and or a family member was able to purchase in that price range I would love to know the florist that was able to offer such a deal so that I could refer my customers to them when we get to busy to take any more orders something during or around the Mother’s Day.
With respect to the container, we delivered your arrangement in. As it states on our website as it is a Designers choice arrangement the arrangement may be in any container of the Designer’s choosing. We did not do this to make you mad, or take the inexpensive route on you. We were / are waiting on a shipment from our glassware from our wholesalers and have been informed by them that we are only allowed a certain number of containers in out area due to a shortage! That coupled with the current gas shortage we are under makes it impossible for us to go running around trying to find containers other than what we have on hand.
When my Driver arrived at your home she was greeted by a gentleman who asked her to leave the arrangement outside due to there being a dog. He did not wish for the dog to get out and get excited etc. I have attached a photo of our arrangement when it arrived at your home when it was left as instructed. Honestly I am not sure how long it took to bring the arrangement inside to your home, and how the arrangement was handled once it was taken inside, once we deliver the arrangement it is out of our hands. I do know that the images that you sent me were not representative of the arrangement that were delivered to your home as you will see by the image I am providing to you.
