I left the first appointment a little torn because I found a dress I liked but I didn't like the color, and it was enough to not pick it. When I called to set up my next appointment she let me know that she thought she found the perfect dress for me, and she did! I'm so thankful for her help. When I went in for my fitting appointments Sandy helped me out. She was also very patient, especially during the final fitting. We added sleeves to my dress and it was a lot of back and forth adjusting them so that they fit properly up on my shoulders and down on my arms without pulling while moving. My dress was beautiful and I got a ton of compliments. This store really helped make this process easier for me and I actually ended up enjoying trying on all of these dresses.

I come from a difficult, outspoken family, yet, when I walk into Sandra Rose, I feel as though the world revolves around me. They spare no time making sure that whatever vision I have, they create. From snooty mothers and future Mother-in-Laws, Nicole came to my rescue! She shared giggles, eye rolls, and helped me fight back tears when I was about ready to melt down. I left with nothing but happiness and confidence about my choice and am thrilled to get to see these amazing ladies again for my gown fitting and bridesmaid dress appointments! Don't let the drive discourage you - it is well worth it!

meant driving there a total of 4 times, but it was worth it. Nicole found out what I *didn't* want in a dress, and she put me in those exact dresses. I ended up with a strapless mermaid dress with ruffles, and I loved it so much. She introduced me to other ideas, like an overlay jacket, belts, etc. And Sandy was great in figuring out what alterations were needed. The dress was quite tight at my first fitting, and I was concerned -- even tho I had the summer to work out and clean up my eating habits. I asked Sandy if she was concerned and she said no. Everything turned out great! I'm giving 4 stars because there weren't too many larger-size dresses that my sisters/bridesmaids could try on.

ted after trying on several styles like the one I wanted, so she picked out two completely different styles for me to try on. I dismissed the one immediately but decided to give the second one a try. I tried it on and loved it instantly. When I walked out to the main room, my family gave me the reaction i had finally been waiting for. I purchased the dress, needed only minimal alterations and was able to pick up the dress at my convenience. I am grateful to the consultant for finding me the perfect dress for me.

art-one was on the day of the wedding! Two of the dresses got switched around, so they didn't fit my bridesmaids properly, and one of the dresses wasn't completely ready to go when it was picked up-even though the store said it was ready. I needed to find someone else to finish the dress. I also had to pick up a dress for one of my bridesmaids and called to check on what she owed on the dress, the store told me nothing, so I didn't worry about it. When I went to pick up the dress, they told me she still had an amount owed on the dress. I had very good service when it came to my dress and trying to "make the bride happy", but when it came to my bridesmaids, I was very frustrated with them!
