If I didn’t like it, they were always on my side! After the first store experience I had, I was a bit disappointed and scared I wouldn’t be able to find anything, but they proved me wrong! It was such a great experience, one that truly makes you feel like a bride.

to Bridal Gallery to hopefully find my wedding dress. When I went to try on dresses, there was a trunk show going on. Bridal Gallery asked if I wanted to try on some of those dresses and I said yes. At this point, they did not know what I "liked" in a wedding dress or what I was looking for. When I walked into my room, I saw 3 trunk show dresses, the second dressed I tried on, became my wedding dress!! :) After I tried on the first dress, I gave them and idea of what I wanted so they could go find more dresses on the rack. I made sure I tried on a dress I had been eyeing since college, but that one quickly did not make the cut. I knew after I tried on the second truck show dress, while they were shopping for more on the rack for me, that I instantly found my dream dress!! I didn't want to give in so quickly, so I made sure I tried on at least 10 more. I kept going back to the second dress, and eventually said "yes" to that dress. I am still shocked they knew that would be my dress, without even knowing what I wanted. I am so pleased with my dress, and I know I would've never been able to put into words what I was looking for in a dress. That dress was just "made for me!" It truly is a one-of-a-kind dress...it didn't make the final cut! ;)

ontacting the store to ask to cancel the purchase because I ended up hating the way the dress looked on me in pictures, I was told the order could not be cancelled and I would be responsible for the remaining balance regardless. 3. After an unexpected expense I again contacted the store to explain I didn't think I would be able to afford the dress, I was again told I needed to pay the balance or I would be sent to small claims court. I have never dealt with a company that was so unwilling to work with me. If you buy a dress from this company for one of the happiest days of your life don't expect to be able to change your mind.

ith 4 stars instead of 5 because the first time I went to try on my dresses the lady helping me really let me down. She didn't help me in or out of any dresses and wouldn't say anything ever and multiple times I couldn't find her. The salon made it up to me the next time I went and I'm so thankful!

em and the designer and tried to get a refun because I was unable to wear this dress again. They were extremely difficult and rude about it. I did not get my full amount and had to forfeit the dress. I lost about $150 for a dress that was broken as soon as I put it on and couldn't even keep it to fix it later. We bought all of the bridal party and brides dress here and we were told we were getting a big discount on each dress. This dress was supposed to be $75 and ended up being $225. Then all of this happened. Horrible service and horrible inventory.

I never felt pressured or like my time slot was running out & they had the perfect veil & earrings to match my dress. We also chose to order tuxes for the groomsmen through Bridal Gallery & they made the process easy & stress free from beginning to end. I would highly recommend working with them for all your bridal attire needs!

It was a relaxing environment that really just wanted me to find the perfect dress! Great selection and wonderful people made the afternoon perfect!

e was no damage and it was practically new. They shipped it to me so quickly! That was wonderful. But when I was looking at the dress, some of the beading at the top of the dress fell off without me touching it. I still love the dress and I'm keeping it, but I took away a star because I didn't receive full discloser that there was damage.

They're selection and staff in the other sections of the store, bridesmaid and menswear, were amazing as well. The prices were very reasonable and with the discounts they offer, I was able to get my dress, my bridesmaid dresses, AND all of our tuxes there! After experiencing many stores (in Sioux Falls, Sioux City, and the surrounding areas), I would highly recommend Bridal Gallery as the best out there!

dresses they said they would be ordered and in on time. The time given was wrong, or they forgot to order the dresses as they came in only eight days before the wedding. They gave the same answer, they had everything taken care of, or if anyone complained that the dresses weren't in yet, they would say they were not the one in charge of ordering. My bridesmaids had to scramble to find a time for a fitting the week of the wedding. Also, the maid of honor's dress was ordered wrong! They never apologized to me about all of this, or offered any discounts. It was the most stressful part of my wedding planning by far! Definitely will not recommend to anyone.

I purchased my dress here and they were so helpful throughout the entire process from the payments to the arrival to the fittings and final pickup. Jacklyn ROCKS! We also got our bridesmaid dresses here which turned out great and would have purchased our grooms tuxedos here except we decided on a style that was not offered here.

I ended up receiving my dress a week and a half before my wedding (and I ordered it 6 months in advance). If it hadnt been for Crystal, a wonderful worker, my day and dress would not have been as beautiful as it was!!!! thank you Crystal, you're my life saver!!
