t to try on dresses, there was a trunk show going on. Bridal Gallery asked if I wanted to try on some of those dresses and I said yes. At this point, they did not know what I "liked" in a wedding dress or what I was looking for. When I walked into my room, I saw 3 trunk show dresses, the second dressed I tried on, became my wedding dress!! :) After I tried on the first dress, I gave them and idea of what I wanted so they could go find more dresses on the rack. I made sure I tried on a dress I had been eyeing since college, but that one quickly did not make the cut. I knew after I tried on the second truck show dress, while they were shopping for more on the rack for me, that I instantly found my dream dress!! I didn't want to give in so quickly, so I made sure I tried on at least 10 more. I kept going back to the second dress, and eventually said "yes" to that dress. I am still shocked they knew that would be my dress, without even knowing what I wanted. I am so pleased with my dress, and I know I would've never been able to put into words what I was looking for in a dress. That dress was just "made for me!" It truly is a one-of-a-kind dress...it didn't make the final cut! ;)

d up hating the way the dress looked on me in pictures, I was told the order could not be cancelled and I would be responsible for the remaining balance regardless. 3. After an unexpected expense I again contacted the store to explain I didn't think I would be able to afford the dress, I was again told I needed to pay the balance or I would be sent to small claims court. I have never dealt with a company that was so unwilling to work with me. If you buy a dress from this company for one of the happiest days of your life don't expect to be able to change your mind.

e to wear this dress again. They were extremely difficult and rude about it. I did not get my full amount and had to forfeit the dress. I lost about $150 for a dress that was broken as soon as I put it on and couldn't even keep it to fix it later. We bought all of the bridal party and brides dress here and we were told we were getting a big discount on each dress. This dress was supposed to be $75 and ended up being $225. Then all of this happened. Horrible service and horrible inventory.

We also chose to order tuxes for the groomsmen through Bridal Gallery & they made the process easy & stress free from beginning to end. e so quickly! That was wonderful. But when I was looking at the dress, some of the beading at the top of the dress fell off without me touching it. I still love the dress and I'm keeping it, but I took away a star because I didn't receive full discloser that there was damage.

The prices were very reasonable and with the discounts they offer, I was able to get my dress, my bridesmaid dresses, AND all of our tuxes there! After experiencing many stores (in Sioux Falls, Sioux City, and the surrounding areas), I would highly recommend Bridal Gallery as the best out there!
