It's up to you! We chose our hotels with the idea that our LA friends will stay with us at the Cartesiano and La Perla Hotels. We have sold out the Cartesiano so we recommend contacting Marlise or Adam to book La Perla if you still need a reservation.
We recommend our international family stay at the Quinta Real.
How do I get from Mexico City to Puebla?
We have a few transportation options that we recommend. See the "Travel Details" tab for more info. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions about this.
How do we get from my hotel to the welcome party or brunch?
The welcome party and brunch are all walking distance from each hotel (between 4-10 minutes depending on the hotel). It's safe to walk to and from each event.
How do we get from my hotel to the venue?
We will be providing shuttle service from each hotel to and from the venue. The schedule will be included in your welcome packet.
How far is Puebla from Mexico City?
Puebla is a 1.5-2hr drive (traffic dependent) from Mexico City. Once you are out of Mexico City, the rest of the drive is through the beautiful green countryside that is characteristic of central Mexico.
When should I arrive and depart?
We would be thrilled for you to join all of the festivities. We recommend arriving to Puebla on Thursday afternoon (leaving Mexico City by 2pm) and departing Sunday morning. Of course, we are appreciative of any time you are able to spend with us!
Are kids invited to the wedding?
If your kids and/or nannies are traveling with you (shout out to all of our new moms!), they are more than welcome to attend the brunch on Saturday. Our wedding ceremony and reception is an adults only event.
What's the weather like in Puebla?
Puebla's climate year round is an "eternal spring." October typically has a high around 75 during the day and will drop to the low 60s at night. We suggest bringing a light jacket for the evenings.
