Adrian followed Vanessa on instagram and greeted her "happy birthday." Vanessa thanked this kind stranger not thinking much of it as he was just a friend of a friend and he lived thousands of miles away. Little did she know, Adrian was already interested in her after seeing her on another app.. snapchat. The DMs continued on for months from simple emoji's that turned into travel hacks, music tastes, life goals, and future plans together? I know, that escalated quickly. Until one day one of the Filipino bands they had bonded over was touring DC. Adrian spontaneously asked Vanessa if she would fly to the other side of the country and watch the concert with him. Over their many conversations Vanessa became curious about Adrian too and ingenuously said yes. She booked a flight to go on a date with this man that she had only met on instagram. Well, the rest is history.

A cross country move, a house built from the ground up, and one spoiled pitbull later.. here we are getting married!
