Located in the hills of Val d'Ambra, a 15 minute drive from Villa Cini, the Poggio Molina Farm Tuscan wine company includes about 90 hectares, 16 of which are vineyards. At the center of the farm is the main house, dating back to 1700. They offer various wine tourism activities for guests to experience:

"WINE LOVERS" TASTING - 35euro/person

Lunch with a charcuterie of farm's products (vegetables and cold cuts) with matching 6 wines and visit to cellar

LUNCH/DINNER TASTING "IN THE VINEYARD" 70euro/person

Lunch/dinner: to visit to the winery, explanation of production methods with a dedicated sommelier. Tasting with wine and food pairing, prepared by Alba with quality raw materials grown on site, from the garden to the table and meats processed by the family butcher, placed between the rows of the vineyard!

COOKING CLASS W/ CHEF AND SOMMELIER 130euro/person

participants will learn how to make a schiacciata with vegetables, a fresh pasta with its sauce and a typical dessert, guided by Chef Francesca and will enjoy the dishes at the table prepared with the combination of wines, followed by out Sommelier Barbara who will add to the experience some techniques of food and wine pairing and how to properly taste a wine.

"TRUFFLE HUNT" W/ LUNCH/DINNER TASTING 120euro/person

Know and find truffles through a simulation with Tartufaio and his faithful companion Lagotto. The truffles collected will be used in the preparation of dishes and combined with our wines by our sommelier.

The love and support of our family and friends on our wedding day is more than we could ask for especially those who have travelled to be present on our wedding day. Although if you do wish to send us a gift, any contribution to our new home fund would be greatly appreciated but not expected!
