Typically October has temperatures in the mid 50-60s. Clouds with rain are pretty common. We are hoping for fall colors!

Both the ceremony and reception venues are indoors

In true Catholic fashion, there is a few hour gap between the wedding and the party. There is a casino, many restaurants, bars, and also historic Frank Lloyd Wright house walking tours nearby the hotels and reception spaces to kill time. The hotels have a check in time at 3 PM so relaxing and freshening up at the hotel is always an option to eat up extra time

O’Hare International Airport

The airport is about 6.5 miles from the church where we are having our ceremony. This is about 15 minutes

The church is 9 miles from the reception venue. Due to Chicago traffic, expect this to take about 35 minutes

Doubletree and Embassy Suites are in the Rosemont area, which is right by the airport and 15 minutes from the ceremony. The Carleton is 35 minutes from the airport/ceremony and 3 minutes from the reception venue

There will NOT be any shuttles for guests from the hotels to the ceremony/venue locations. Uber and lyft are widely available in the area, and there will also be parking lots at each site. There are, however, complementary hotel shuttles to and from the airport and the Rosemont area hotels (Embassy Suites and Doubletree)

Yes! There is a free church parking lot on the Southwest corner of the building with the entrance off Washington St

Yes! There is a parking garage just south of the Nineteenth Century Club at 160 Forest Ave. We will have vouchers available from the bartenders to validate your parking. DO NOT park in the small open lot directly next to the building - you may be towed

Doubletree and Embassy Suites have garage parking next door for an added fee at the Rosemont Convention center. The Carleton has included open lot parking
