Located about half a mile from our reception venue, this historic hotel is the closest place to rest your head post-celebration! It is, however, the furthest hotel from O’Hare International Airport and our ceremony site. On the first floor, enjoy a beer from Poor Phil’s sports bar in between the ceremony and reception or explore the spots in nearby Oak Park. Breakfast is NOT included. On site parking is included.

Close to the O’Hare International Airport and just 15 minutes from the ceremony location, this hotel is a great choice for those who want to be close to airport transportation for quick arrivals/departures. The Embassy Suites provides complementary made to order breakfast, manager reception (2 free drinks and light snacks from 5-6:30 PM), and shuttle service to and from the airport. This hotel is approximately 35 minutes from the reception space. Parking is NOT included but available on site ($36 a night WITH in and out privileges at the adjacent garage).

Where do I fly in?

O’Hare International Airport

How far is the airport from the church?

The airport is about 6.5 miles from the church where we are having our ceremony. This is about 15 minutes

How far is the reception space from the church?

The church is 9 miles from the reception venue. Due to Chicago traffic, expect this to take about 35 minutes

Where are the hotels in relation to the ceremony and reception spaces?

Doubletree and Embassy Suites are in the Rosemont area, which is right by the airport and 15 minutes from the ceremony. The Carleton is 35 minutes from the airport/ceremony and 3 minutes from the reception venue

Will there be a shuttle?

There will NOT be any shuttles for guests from the hotels to the ceremony/venue locations. Uber and lyft are widely available in the area, and there will also be parking lots at each site. There are, however, complementary hotel shuttles to and from the airport and the Rosemont area hotels (Embassy Suites and Doubletree)

Will there be parking at the church?

Yes! There is a free church parking lot on the Southwest corner of the building with the entrance off Washington St

Will there be parking at the reception?

Yes! There is a parking garage just south of the Nineteenth Century Club at 160 Forest Ave. We will have vouchers available from the bartenders to validate your parking. DO NOT park in the small open lot directly next to the building - you may be towed

Will there be parking at the hotels?

Doubletree and Embassy Suites have garage parking next door for an added fee at the Rosemont Convention center. The Carleton has included open lot parking
