Where can we stay?
We thank you for traveling to be with us on our special day! There are several places to stay including the The Williams Inn and the Fairfield Inn just a few minutes down the road. Please see the "Travel" section of the website for additional accommodations.
Keep in mind we're right next to Williams College and these rooms are popular for families to stay. In addition, there is a music festival during our wedding weekend that will contribute to a popular hotel weekend. We don't have rooms blocks so book early.
Is there transportation to and from The Williams Inn?
At present, there's no transportation from outside locations to The Williams Inn. However, you may park at the Spring Street parking lot next to The Williams Inn.
Where will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception take place?
All events are at The Williams Inn. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside (unless there's rain) and the reception in the ballroom.
Where should I park?
There's parking at The Williams Inn for our guests in the Spring Street parking lot.
Is the ceremony/reception location wheelchair accessible?
Yes
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at 3:45pm as the ceremony starts promptly at 4pm. Please see the "details" tab for a timeline.
What is the dress code?
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Please no jeans or shorts. If you're interested in coordinating with our color theme, check out our "details" tab for inspiration. If you have questions on attire please don't hesitate to ask.
Can I bring a date?
We're able to accommodate only those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they'll appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.
Are kids invited?
We love your little ones. However, your invitation will state if your little one is invited. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
Can I take pictures?
We're having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do"! We've hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like, but ask that you refrain from posting them to social media on this day.
Can I attend the rehearsal dinner?
The rehearsal dinner is invitation only. We appreciate your understanding, and can't wait to see you at the wedding!
How do we RSVP to confirm attendance?
RSVP information will be coming early 2024.
