If you're visiting and looking for something to do while in town for the wedding here are a list of some of our favorite places!
Spring Street is downtown Williamstown. Here you'll find places to grab a bite to eat, shop, or simply walk around.
Spend some time at The Clark Art museum to see paintings and sculptures. A real Berkshire gem!
A must see! Drive or hike to Massachusetts' highest peak (3,491').
There are two ways you can drive to the summit. Take Rockwell Road if you come in by the Visitor Center in Lanesborough, or Notch Road in North Adams. The drive to the summit is about 20-minutes is paved, but fairly steep with hair pin turns. Whether you’re taking Rockwell Road or Notch Road, you’ll eventually take a turn on to Summit Road. You'll experience breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
Want to hike, but have questions? Talk to dad, Tim, for details about trails, difficulty levels, and durations. (413-822-0843).
Spend time at MASS MoCA. This large art museum focuses on large contemporary art pieces. A very unique and special experience!
A short walk around the state park where water carves the rocks. A neat place to visit and get outside for a walk.
A short 9-minute drive to the Vermont state line for a great assortment of wines and Vermont craft beers! If you like hoppy beer, we recommend Lawson's Sip O Sunshine, Alchemist Heady Topper, and Fiddlehead!
Need a snack? Take a relaxing 18-minute drive to Bennington, VT for fresh in-season apple cider and fresh baked donuts!
It starts in orchards and forgotten apple trees across Berkshire county. Their ciders are complex and refreshing, like sparkling wine. Visit their tasting room for ciders-by-the-glass and flights, plus local gifts and exclusive bottles to-go.
