All guests staying at Castello di Bibbione can start checking into their rooms at 3pm on Friday

Those who are in the wedding will practice the ceremony. The wedding rehearsal will be followed by the Welcome Dinner.

We will be hosting a Welcome Dinner for all of our guests at a restaurant in Florence. Transportation will be arranged for everyone from the castle to the restaurant and back.

The wedding ceremony will take place in the castle's olive garden.

The cocktail hour will take place in the castle's terrace garden with panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside.

The dinner will be held in the main castle courtyard. Dancing to follow dinner!

Guests will have the choice to participate in two different excursions. Option 1 will be a half-day trip to Siena and a vineyard and Option 2 will be a cooking class in Florence. Both options will include lunch and wine. Transportation will be provided to and from the venue for each excursion. Excursions are optional and will be at the guests' expense. We will reach out to you closer to the wedding date to confirm activity cost, availability, and details.

When we return from our excursions, we will have a pizza pool party! Pizza will be made fresh and served at the BBQ area above the main castle pool.

All guests staying at Castello di Bibbione must check out of their rooms by 10am on Monday.
