What is the dress code?

The dress code for the Welcome Dinner & Wedding are cocktail attire, but we want our wedding weekend to feel like one big Italian garden party. So, we would love for our guests to wear pastel colors and/or floral prints throughout the weekend.

Do guests get a plus one?

You will know if you are able to bring a plus one with you to the wedding based on your invitation. We tried to be considerate and give guests plus ones based on their relationship statuses. However, we want our wedding to be intimate, so not all guests will be able to bring a plus one.

Where will we stay during the wedding weekend?

Our venue is a large estate with many apartments and suites. If guests are open to it, we can also arrange for extra beds to be put in the suites to allow for more guests to stay on the property with us for a max occupancy of 64 guests. We have rented the entire villa for our wedding weekend, so all rooms on the property will be paid for by the bride and groom. If you cannot or do not want to stay at Castello di Bibbione, we have provided a list of nearby hotels under the "accommodations" tab.

When should guests arrive to Florence?

Our wedding weekend will take place from Friday June 14-Monday June 17. So, it is recommended that guests arrive to Florence around 3pm on Friday. However, guests are welcome to arrive to Italy/Florence before or stay after the wedding to extend their Italian vacations!

Which airport should guests fly into?

The closest international airport would be the Florence International Airport located 35 minutes from the venue. The next closest international airport would be the Pisa International Airport. If guests choose to fly into Pisa, there is a high speed train from Pisa to Florence that takes about 1 hour. Guests may also choose to fly into Leonardo da Vinci International airport in Rome and take a train from Rome to Florence. This train ride takes 1 hour and 30 minutes. Italy has a fantastic high-speed train system, so please consider flying into other airports if there are more flights available and take a train to Florence!
