Please arrive half an hour prior to the start of the ceremony.

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, underneath the ceremonial building but our reception will be in a the main building.

Fall can be unpredictable, so we ask that you bring some warm layers for the evening. Although we will be inside there is some walking from ceremony to main hall so, please dress accordingly.

Even though there will be a horse and buggy bringing everyone to the ceremony building and reception hall, we would not recommend high heels in case you choose to walk the grounds. For those of you who would like to venture out on your own we’d recommend wearing chunky heels or sandals.

During the ceremony we ask to refrain from taking photos so our photographer can capture our special moment, but anytime throughout the cocktail hour and receptions absolutely. We will provide a QR code to be available so all our guest can share our special day.

As it will be a set menu, there will be vegetarian option you can choose from. When RSVPing, please, inform us at the time.

Yes, there will be light munchies along with local wine, beer and spirits.

The motel will have free shuttle service to the venue starting at 2:00pm with the last call being at 3:00pm. Returning from the venue to the hotel the shuttle will start promptly at 11:45pm. If you choose to leave your vehicle at the venue and take the shuttle back to the hotel by all means please use this service. It is up to you however to find a way back to the venue to retrieve your vehicle.

During the cocktail hour we will have a fire pit (weather permitted) and a variety of games for your enjoyment if you choose to participate. You can also walk the grounds and explore the venue and take in the beautiful fall colours.

While we adore children, and have two of our own, we have limited venue space and will be having an Adult Only Wedding. Make it a much deserve date night and help us celebrate.

Your company, love, and laughter on our wedding day is the only wedding gift we require. However, if you do wish to surprise us with a gift, a contribution toward our honeymoon would be most appreciated.

There will be an open bar during cocktail hour which will be carried over to dinner time which includes domestic wine, beer, and spirits. Please note shooters, and premium alcohol will not be included but can be purchased for an additional fee.
