Ten rooms have been reserved for Friday October 25th, 2024. When reserving please state you are with the bride and groom (Our names with the wedding date) for reservation purposes.

Please keep in mind you must be at the wedding venue for 3pm and check-in is also 3pm.

The motel is offering a free shuttle service an hour prior to the ceremony (2pm). If you require the shuttle to and from the motel, you will be asked to leave your belongings in their designated luggage area or in your vehicle. Please be mindful of the time frame and arrive to the motel ready to party.

For those of you taking your vehicle to the venue from the motel, if transportation back is required, the shuttle will be more than happy to take you along for the evening joy ride however, you will be responsible for your own transportation the following morning to pick up your vehicle.

Next morning: The motel has an onsite restaurant and would be more than pleased to accommodate a hangover breakfast.

This would be another option for family and friends who might want to remain on site at Beantown. Casa Lucas is newly purchased by the Beantown Ranch owners and is walking distance from the ceremony and reception. It has 10 queen beds so could accommodate quite a large group. They charge $900 per night but this could easily be split amongst a group of people making it a more affordable for everyone.
