Seeing how Brie and Alex are sisters, they have known each other their entire lives. Growing up, and to this day, they argue but they also love each other deeply. Brie, now 27 years old, studied Human Kinetics at Ottawa U and worked as a personal trainer for three years. Recently, she changed career paths and now works at Correctional Services Canada. Brie first met Jesse at Alex's 25th birthday party and immediately thought he was kind and respectful.

Connor, 31, was born and raised in Ottawa. He has known Jesse since the age of 2 so to say they are like brothers would be an understatement. Connor is Scarlett’s god father and Charlies ‘funcle’. From back in the day sports to camping trip memories with the soon to be newly weds, Jesse and Connor have made great memories. Connor was fortunate enough to have been apart of the blind date memory of Jesse and Alex, as he was one of the friends who introduced the couple to one another.

Scarlett, 4 years old, is daughter of Alex and Jesse so has known them her whole life. She is the light of their life and brings so much joy. Her smile lights up a room and her laughter warms everyone’s hearts. Scarlett is playful, kind and knows she can get away with anything because she has mommy and daddy wrapped around her cute little finger.

Charlotte, also known as Charlie, is 8 years old. She is Jesse’s eldest daughter from a previous marriage and the best blessing to his life. Charlie met Alex when she was only two years old so it’s safe to say she doesn’t remember a life without Alex in it and is very excited for her papa and step mamans special day and even more excited that she gets to be apart of it.

Ryan and Jesse first met around grade 11 and have been best buds ever since. Ryan is 30 years old and was born and raised in Ottawa. Ryan joined the Royal Canadian Air Force as a Construction Engineering Officer July 2019 and has been posted to CFB Trenton. Luckily, with this posting Ryan has been able to visit Ottawa quite often which has allowed him to maintain a great friendship with Jesse and how he was able to meet Alex.

Naomy and Alex have shared a lasting friendship since they first met at Présault Elementary School 26 years ago, with countless milestones along the way. Despite graduating in Social Work, Naomy, 30, chose a very different career path as a Financial Analyst with the Office of the Auditor General of Canada. Naomy first met Jesse at Alex’s 25th birthday party and right away thought he was nice.

Zack is 30 years old. He loves hockey and being a dad to his tank of a 3 year old. He currently works as a core driller within the union. Jesse and Zack met through mutual friends and quickly built a close friendship. One of his favourite memories with the bride and groom (of many) was when they all went on their hiking trip in Bruce Peninsula.

Lacy met Jesse during her “house parties era” and now being in her “Mom era” that’s how she met her “mom era” bestie Alex. Lacy hired Jesse to do some electrical work on her first home and Jesse introduced Lacy to his beautiful girlfriend, Alex, they instantly connected. From park hopping to water slides in the backyard with their daughters, their friendship has grown over the years and the play dates turned into mom gone wild nights. Lacy, now 33, is an insurance broker during the day and supermom at night & on weekends.

Adam is 30 year old , he loves cars. Adam is a mechanic, if you can break it, he can fix it ! As a hobby he builds race cars on the side. He and Jesse met at the battle of Saigon (1968) where him and Jesse fended off an attack by the VietCong, after that they were pals ever since. Adam met Alex on Canada Day 2020 where he also first met Scarlett. Couple years later and BAMB HERE WE ARE!

Mariam and Alex met in the 10th grade of high school and clicked instantly. They've shared countless laughs and memories over the years, including cruising around in her red Honda when she first got her license. Now at 30, their friendship is still flourishing. Mariam met Jesse at Alex's 25th birthday party, and she knew instantly those two would be inseparable. She holds a Bachelor of Honours in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience and is currently an IT Analyst with the Canada Border Services Agency.

Daniel also known as Vonsoul, Artist/Defi, is 28 years old and met Jesse in the trenches of Beacon Hill. Jesse was like that piece of gum he could never get off his shoe but he’s that piece of gum that Daniel knew was made from real ingredients. Daniel met Alex about a year after the couple got together and knew Jesse needed her.

Anna and Alex met three years ago through mutual friends and quickly became close. Anna was born and raised in Ottawa but moved to Toronto for almost ten years. After working as the Executive Assistant to CEO Steven Hulford for the digital-first media company Underknown and purchasing a condo with her sister in downtown Toronto, she decided it was time to come home and apply her expertise to her father's business, Albion Glass & Aluminum. The move back home has given Anna and Alex much more time to spend together. Hour long phone calls and massive text chains are normal when it comes to these two, they both love to chat and have become good friends by supporting each other. Anna is grateful for her friendship with Alex and honoured to stand by her side on her wedding day.

Jesse, also known as McCoy met Jesse when they were teenagers and their friendship has grown to feel like family. McCoy met and worked with Alex over a decade ago when they were both in the restaurant industry working at Moxies. McCoy, 31 years old, is born and raised in Ottawa. Being a part of their lives and witnessing their journey towards marriage has been a privilege to be apart of. McCoy couldn’t be happier to stand by Jesse's side on their wedding day.

Lee's journey at Minto began with a chance to fill in for Alex during her maternity leave, little did they know that their connection would blossom into a beautiful friendship. Alex's guidance and support made the transition seamless, and their bond grew stronger with each passing day. The icing on the cake was when they shared an unforgettable camping trip with Jesse, which deepened their friendship and created lifelong memories.

Marcus, a beloved groomsman at Jesse's wedding, traces his friendship with the groom all the way back to their early teens in Beacon Hill. At the tender age of 13, Marcus and Jesse first crossed paths and quickly discovered a shared passion for video games and indulging in junk food. From that moment, their friendship blossomed effortlessly. Fast-forward two decades, and Marcus and Jesse remain as inseparable as ever. Despite the passing years, they still find joy in the simple pleasures of their youth: lounging on the couch, engrossed in anime marathons, and munching away on bags of chips.
