Once upon a time, Alexia would go out with all her friends. During these outings, there would be a friend who a handful of times would show up a tad bit late. One time specifically she blamed it on "doing my little brother's laundry". After hearing this and a mention of this 'little brother' a few times, naturally Alexia thought this character was 12-years old, maybe 14, MAX 16 if he had his older sister doing his laundry... Little did she know that a few years later she'd be the one saying "I do" to doing this man's laundry for the rest of her life.

Fast forward to Valentine's Day in 2021. Alexia and her girlfriends went out for a single lady's night. Vincent saw a posted video of Alexia doing a little dance on Instagram (very 21st century of us). He sent a DM and said quote "your friend looks nice". Luckily, our story did not stop there. Fast forward a couple of weeks, Vincent finally asked Alexia out on a date and the rest is truly history.

Our first date was on March 5, 2021. We have been inseparable ever since. Even though Vincent accidentally shut his jacket in his car door when he went to pick Alexia up and then got lost on the way to the restaurant, love prevailed. Even though Alexia accidentally drank the whole bottle of wine from nervousness and told a bunch of 10-year-olds she ran into in the bathroom that she was on a first date, love prevailed. Even through 2-years of sustaining a bi-coastal and long-distance relationship, love not only prevailed but strengthened.

Now here we are, a few years later getting ready to celebrate our marriage! What a wild ride it's been and a beautiful life we have ahead of us. We cannot wait to share the celebration of our love and begin this next chapter of our lives with all of you around us. We'll see you on the beautiful beach of Agia Triada, the place where we first said "I love you" to each other, as husband and wife!
