Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

You can RSVP online—no need to mail anything! We’ve made it easy for you to confirm your attendance through our wedding website. Just head to the RSVP section, fill out your details, and let us know if you’ll be celebrating with us in Mexico! If you have any issues or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us. We can’t wait to see you there!

What date should I RSVP by?

March 16, 2025.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Ceremony & Reception Location: Both the ceremony and reception will take place on the beach, offering beautiful ocean views and a relaxed atmosphere. Wheelchair Accessibility: Since our wedding is on the sand, accessibility may be challenging for wheelchairs or mobility aids. If you need assistance or have any concerns, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue(s)?

The best way to get to and from our wedding venue is by private transportation. We highly recommend Ever Garcia for airport transfers, hotel pickups, and getting around Mexico. We’ve personally used his services every time we’ve visited, and he’s always reliable and great to work with. If you need transportation, we recommend booking with Ever Garcia in advance. Additionally, taxis and rideshares (like Uber) are available in some areas, but private transportation is often the most convenient option. If you’re staying at a resort, check if they offer shuttle services to the venue. If you have any questions about transportation, feel free to reach out to us!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding will be outdoors on the beach, with both the ceremony and reception taking place in the sand. Expect beautiful ocean views, a warm breeze, and a relaxed, tropical atmosphere. Since it will be hot in August, we recommend dressing in light, breathable clothing and comfortable footwear that works for the sand. Check out our Attire section for more details!

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

We have not reserved a hotel room block, so you are free to choose the accommodations that best fit your preferences and budget. There are plenty of great hotels and resorts nearby, and we’re happy to recommend options based on location and convenience.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?

If you are staying at Royal Solaris Los Cabos, you do not need to book any transportation, as our wedding will be taking place there! You’ll be just steps away from the ceremony and reception. For guests staying at other hotels, we highly recommend booking transportation with Ever Garcia, who provides reliable rides to and from the venue, airport, and hotels. Taxis and rideshares may be available, but arranging private transportation in advance will ensure a smooth and stress-free ride.

What is the weather like in the area?

Our wedding is in August, which means hot and sunny weather with temperatures typically ranging from 85–95°F (29–35°C) during the day and warm evenings. Humidity can be high, and there’s a small chance of rain, but overall, expect plenty of sunshine. Since it will be very warm, we recommend wearing light, breathable clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat to stay comfortable. The ocean breeze will help, but be prepared for the summer heat! Check out our Attire section for more details on what to wear.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

We would love to celebrate with all of our closest family and friends! If your invitation includes a plus one, you’ll see the option to add their name when you RSVP on our website. If you’re unsure whether you have a plus one or have any questions, feel free to reach out to us!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Yes! Kids are welcome at our wedding. We want everyone to be able to celebrate with us, including your little ones. Just keep in mind that our wedding will be on the beach, so we recommend bringing anything your kids might need to stay comfortable, like sunscreen, hats, and beach-friendly shoes.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We will be serving a Mexican buffet, so get ready to enjoy a delicious variety of authentic Mexican dishes! Expect flavorful options with fresh ingredients, perfect for celebrating by the beach. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate your needs.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! There will be an open bar, so get ready to enjoy unlimited drinks as we celebrate! Whether you prefer cocktails, beer, wine, or non-alcoholic beverages, there will be plenty of options to keep the party going.

Could you give me a link to your wedding registry?

You can find our wedding registry right here on our website. Just head over to the Registry section to view our wish list and gift options. We appreciate your love and support, and we’re so grateful to celebrate this special day with you!

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift, and we’re truly grateful to celebrate with you! But if you’d like to give a gift, you can either bring it to the wedding or send it to: 17831 South White Tail Court Houston, TX 77084 If you prefer to shop from our wedding registry, you can find the link in the Registry section of our website. Thank you so much—we appreciate your love and generosity!

What is the wedding day itinerary?

We’re keeping things simple and relaxed—after all, we’re getting married on the beach! 1) 5:30 PM – Ceremony Begins, 2) Please arrive about 30 minutes early to get settled and enjoy the beautiful ocean views, 3) Reception to Follow, 4) After the ceremony, we’ll celebrate with food, drinks, and dancing! Since Royal Solaris Los Cabos is an all-inclusive resort, feel free to swim, eat, or relax before the ceremony.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

No, there won’t be a time gap! The reception will begin immediately after the ceremony, so you can go straight from celebrating our vows to enjoying food, drinks, and dancing with us.

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?

We don’t have any official events planned besides the wedding ceremony and reception, but since we’ll all be at a beautiful beach resort, feel free to relax, explore, and enjoy your time in Mexico! Royal Solaris Los Cabos is an all-inclusive resort, so you’re welcome to swim, eat, and enjoy the amenities before the wedding. If you’re looking for things to do, check out our Things to Do section for fun excursions like ATV rides, snorkeling, and more!

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Yes! Feel free to take photos and capture special moments throughout the day. We’d love for you to share them with us afterward! However, during the ceremony, we kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras away so we can all be fully present in the moment. We’ll have a photographer capturing everything, and we can’t wait to share those photos with you!
