12:00pm - wedding party will meet at the castle to rehearse the ceremony logistics a few times. We will then head to the bus station for the winery. There may be some time in between if you need to grab a sandwich or snacks, but we recommend that the wedding party eats lunch before 12, and that all guests eat lunch before meeting at the bus station at 1:00pm



1:00pm - all guests going on the winery tour will meet at the bus station in Malcesine. It is located in the center of the town, by the police department and tourist information center. The approximate address is

1:10pm - the bus departs for the winery in Bardolino at Cantina Gentili. 
** please note, on the bus, a bridesmaid will collect your portion of the cost for group activities, Emily Shaffer (she has bright red curly hair, you can’t miss her). She will collect the costs of the bus ride and the wine tour (61 euros/$69) and the lunch in Limone (50 euros/ $56) at the same time. Venmo, Cashapp, and Zelle are preferred but you can also do cash.**



2:00pm - bus arrives at the winery, and the wine tour and tasting begins.



3:00pm - wine tour ends, guests hang out for approximately 1 hour. Light snacks are included with the cost and will be provided.



3:30pm - bus leaves to head back to Malcesine

4:30pm - everyone arrived back at Malcesine

10:30am - all guests arrive at the ferry to pay and get situated for departure across the lake to Limone. - The cost is 10 euros for a round trip, and can be paid in person or online ahead of time through their website (https://www.gardaexpress.it/en/)

The ferry departs at 11:00am but it is best to get in line at 10:30am because it is first come first served even with a prepaid ticket. The ferry seats nearly 100 people so it is recommended to be early to secure your ideal spot on the boat.

There are two ferry docks, be sure to go to the one marked “Malcesine Centro”.

The address for Garda Express is "Piazza Guglielmo Marconi" but you can also just type in "Garda Express Tour Malcesine" on your GPS and it will take you to the right location.



12:00pm - our lunch reservation at Dal Bigörola Limone begins 
. The bride and groom will be dressed in typical “rehearsal dinner” attire, and you're welcome to dress up with us but also encouraged to be comfortable! We will bring a change of clothes for ourselves so we can comfortably enjoy the town after lunch
. Lunch includes your selected choice of steak or bass with pasta, 1/4 litre of liter of wine per person, and lemon sorbet and tiramisu for each person
.

After lunch, it is up to individuals to decide if they would like to stay and explore Limone or go elsewhere. If you stay in Limone, exploring by e-bike is a highly recommended option but walking around is a great option too
.

IMPORTANT- the last ferry to Malcesine leaves at 5pm, so make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to make the last departure time

6:30pm - dinner/drinks with the girls and guys separately! This is optional, but for all interested, the girls will meet at Hotel Capri for dinner and/or drinks and the guys will meet at a place TBD. This is still a developing plan!



9:30pm - end festivities so everyone can get a good night’s sleep for the big day!








1:45-1:55pm - guests arrive to Castello Scaligero di Malcesine. They only allow guests to come 15 minutes before the ceremony, so if you go earlier, you will likely have to wait until 1:45pm to get in.

2:40pm - family photos around the castle will be taken. The photographer will call out the groups of people for each picture. Please be ready and pay attention so we can be efficient! 



3:00pm - all guests are dismissed except for the wedding party. 



3-5:30pm - the bride and groom will be taking photos with the wedding party and also taking a boat out on the lake for scenic couples pictures. 

Guests are free to do whatever they please, whether it is go back to their hotel for a nap or to relax, get snacks and drinks nearby, or stroll around the town. This is YOUR time!!



6:00pm - everyone will meet at Da Pedro Restaurant Pizzeria for our paid-for reception dinner. Dinner will be “family style” with various pizzas, appetizers, garden salads, a shared gnocchi swordfish entree, beer, wine, soda, and some shared desserts!

8:00am - j & a have breakfast and share vows privately



9:00am - designated person picks up flowers from the florist 



9:00am - Allie gets hair and makeup done at the salon. James goes to Kozlowski apartment to get ready



11:00am - Allie gets dressed and accessories on.



11:30am - both moms and Aunt Di are invited to help wrap up getting ready touches and be present for getting ready photos 



12:00pm - getting ready photos of bride and bridesmaids and detail shots


12:35pm - first look with bride and dad 



12:45pm - bride and Emily leave for first look photos. Groom leaves for the first look photos.



1:00pm - first look photos in town near the castle. Couples photos around town



1:45pm - photos end. Bride and groom head to the castle and get in place for the ceremony



1:45-1:55pm - guests arrive at the castle and are seated for the ceremony



2:05pm - ceremony begins (entrance, ring ceremony, poem, communion, personal vows, exit)



2:30pm - ceremony concludes, brief champagne toast for all



2:40pm - family photos around the castle. The photographer will call out groups to be photographed together, so please pay attention so we can be efficient and get pictures with everyone!



3:00pm - couples photos around the castle. Solo bridal, solo groom. The wedding party can stick around or meet us at the gelato shop. 



3:40pm - wedding party photos at the gelato shop and possibly the bar for celebratory drinks and more pictures. 



4:30pm - bride and groom leave for a boat ride with the photographer. 

The wedding party is free to do whatever until dinner. You can hang out at a bar/cafe, walk around town, go take a nap, or relax, etc.



6:00pm - everyone will meet at Da Pedro Restaurant Pizzeria for our paid-for reception dinner.

11:30am- Pictures with the bride and groom before lunch (optional)

By taking the 11:00am ferry, we will get to Limone close to 11:30 and will have 30 minutes before our lunch restaurant will open.

We thought we could use this time to get extra pictures in our attire with whichever guests would like to participate. We decided to do the pictures before lunch so that they would be before we get stuffed and change into our comfortable clothes after the meal.
