What should I wear?
Please adhere to our "formal attire" dress code. Elegant cocktail dresses, evening gowns, jumpsuits, and tailored suits are acceptable. Our theme is Old Hollywood Glamour/Great Gatsby if you need inspiration! Sundresses, jeans, shorts, etc. are NOT appropriate. If you are at all concerned about your outfit, please reach out to the bride for confirmation!
Who does my invitation include?
1. Those directly named on the envelope
2. "and Guest" refers to your significant other
3. "and Family" refers to your significant other and children
All members of your party are listed in the RSVP form if you're unsure! Reach out to the bride for any questions/concerns.
Can I bring a plus one?
We ask that any plus ones be those we have included on your invitation. If your invitation does not say the name of your partner or "and Guest", we do not have space to accommodate them. If you believe we have made a mistake, please reach out upon receipt of your invitation.
Can I bring my kids?
All of your kiddos are very welcome! The bride does automatically get first dibs on any baby holding, though... We do expect the evening to get pretty wild and crazy by the time the dance floor opens, so do with that information what you will!
Will we be indoors or outdoors for the wedding?
Everything will be indoors, so no need to worry about umbrellas, sunscreen, or practical shoes!
What time should I get there?
We ask that guests arrive and be seated 15-30 minutes before the ceremony start time to prevent any delay in the nuptials. Please plan to arrive at 4:30 p.m. and be seated by 4:45 p.m.
How should I get to the venue? Will transportation be provided?
We recommend that our guests staying in Seattle proper Uber/Lyft to the event. For those renting a car and staying out of the city, there is parking available at the venue (for free!). There are NO public transit stops near the venue.
Is there an open bar?
Of course! There will be wine, bubbles, seasonal beer, and 2 signature cocktails available for your consumption free of charge. If you are feeling "tipsy", bring cash to thank the amazing bartenders!
What food will be available?
Light hors d'oeuvres will be passed during cocktail hour, while dinner will be comprised of buffet-style meal stations including a variety of cuisines. Dessert to follow.
What should I do if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
Please let us know ASAP if you have any food allergies. There is a space for this in the RSVP. We will work with our caterers to ensure that you are able to safely enjoy the night.
Should I mail, or bring my gift to the wedding?
Whatever is easiest for you! Our address is available on the Registry page, but there will also be a gift table at the venue.
How/when do I RSVP?
All RSVPs are to be done online. Please submit your response by the date listed on your invitation, March 30th. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Can I take pictures and post them on social media?
Our ceremony will be "unplugged." Feel free to take as many pictures as you want during the reception! Just make sure to tag us and our vendors ;)
Will there be virtual options for folks who can't attend in-person?
Of course! Chris will work with our vendors to ensure that our ceremony can be live-streamed for our friends and families who can't make it to Seattle. Link will be posted closer to the date. Stay tuned!
Are there any no-nos I should be aware of?
Our venue has a strict policy against underage drinking and smoking (of anything) on the premises. We’ll be employing the “you break it, you buy it” rule to cover any fees we incur due to any guests’ inability to follow their policy.
NO white. No beige, no cream, no blush, no anything that could possibly resemble a wedding dress. You WILL be escorted off the premises by the MOH/bouncer.
ANY inappropriate behavior, violence, or disrespect toward wedding guests will not be tolerated. Be nice or leave, as they say :)
