Beautiful hotel in the heart of old town, the Alexandrian is giving us a great discount for their usual pricing! The $25 “destination fee” also provides amenities including a $25 food and beverage credit at the hotel restaurant, wine in the lobby in the evenings, and access to the hotel’s bikes if you want to explore the area. This is our personal recommendation - if you run into any issues booking, please let us know and we’ll work with the hotel to resolve! Book before 4/8 to secure the discount. You can book for any time between the 9th and 12th.
Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport
DCA/Reagan is the closest airport at just 10 minutes by car from Old Town Alexandria and ~15 minutes from the venue. It is also directly connected to the Blue and Yellow metro lines - both of which will take you into Alexandria or DC, depending on where you're staying! Just be sure not to get it confused with IAD/Dulles (it happens more often up here than you'd expect), which is about a 45 minute drive from Alexandria.
Amtrak
If you'd prefer to come by train, the Alexandria train station is conveniently located near the heart of Old Town! From the train station you can Uber or take a bus / trolley down King Street to the Alexandrian Hotel, and Amtrak usually has some great rates (especially to and from the Richmond area).
