Yes. BlueBridge has ample parking for free. A shuttle will be provided between Interlochen Center for the Arts and BlueBridge. More details regarding shuttle times and pick-up location will be provided closer to the wedding date.

The cocktail hour will be outdoors, weather permitting. Dinner and dancing will be indoors.

The reception dress code is garden formal attire.

Rental cars are available at the Traverse City airport. Ride-sharing apps like Uber and Lyft are only sparingly available in the Traverse City region, especially during off-peak hours. Locals advise that finding a ride share FROM the Traverse City airport is much more probable than finding one TO the airport. In short, coordinating with other out-of-town guests, or scheduling a ride share ahead of time, would likely be beneficial.

Meat and vegetarian entrees will be available at the buffet, including gluten-free options. If you have any other dietary restrictions and/or food allergies, please indicate them when RSVPing, so arrangements can be made.

First, we understand that a Friday reception might make travel difficult. Guests are encouraged to arrive as early as Thursday and stay as late as Sunday. However, we completely understand if you can only make it to the Friday reception. All guests who are in town Thursday night are welcome to join us for welcome drinks and a bonfire at 8pm at Ellis Lake Resort, located directly next to the venue at 8440 US-31, Grawn, MI 49637. Parking is limited, so please consider carpooling. More details to follow. There will also be optional activities scheduled for Saturday afternoon and evening. More details to follow.

We love your little ones but ask that you please keep them at home for the Friday reception. However, your children are welcome to join us at the other weekend events on Thursday evening and Saturday afternoon/evening.
