Eck Visitors Center

We invite all of our guests to join us for Welcome Drinks the night before the wedding from 9-11 pm at the Eck Visitor Center. The Eck Visitor Center is located on campus next to the Hammes Bookstore and Morris Inn. For those driving, you can park at the Bookstore West Lot. (Note that he Bookstore East Lot is under construction, but the West Lot is next to it). See map below.

Attire is casual. Summer dresses or skirts for ladies and golf shirts and shorts or slacks for men.

Basilica of the Sacred Heart


101 Basilica Drive, Notre Dame, IN 46556

The Nuptial Mass begins promptly at 3 pm. Please plan to arrive at the church by 2:30 pm to account for unanticipated delays and parking (if you are driving). The Main Gate is under construction this summer, so please follow the instructions and map below to get to the Basilica through the East Gate.

1. Head north on N Notre Dame Avenue to the first intersection, which is Holy Cross Drive.

2. Turn right, or east, and follow Holy Cross Drive until the road dead-ends at Leahy Drive.

3. Turn left, or head north, on Leahy until you get to Bulla Road.

4. Turn left on Bulla and at the next intersection, turn right (north) on Wilson Drive.

5. The next intersection is Holy Cross Drive.

6. Turn left, or head west, on Holy Cross Drive, which will take you to the East Gate.

7. Go through the East Gate. Keep driving past St. Joseph’s Lake (which will be on your right).

8. Make a left into the Grotto Lot.

9. Walk to the Basilica (3-5 min walk).

10. Please enter at the front of Basilica, not the side facing the dome.

If you are using Uber/Lyft/taxi to get to the Basilica, you can ask the driver to follow the instructions above to the Grotto Lot. You can also be dropped off at Main Circle on Notre Dame Ave (set your destination as the Morris Inn and tell the driver to drop you off at Main Circle).

If you are staying at the Morris Inn, we strongly recommend walking to the church.

Downes Club at Notre Dame Stadium

Corbett Family Hall - 2010 Moose Krause Cir, Notre Dame, IN, 46556

The cocktail hour at Downes Ballroom at Corbett Family Hall in Notre Dame Stadium begins at 5:30 pm on the 8th floor, with dinner and dancing following on the 7th floor. Please enter Corbett Family Hall through Door 4.

Guests have the option to walk (0.4 miles, 10 minutes) or drive from the Basilica to the stadium for the reception. We recommend strolling through campus on the way to check out some iconic Notre Dame places: The Grotto, The Golden Dome, Touchdown Jesus (see first map below).

If you are driving, you will exit the Grotto Lot the same way you came in. You will then drive toward the stadium and park at the Stadium Lot (see second map below).
