Allie and Dustin's love began in a way that most young people are familiar with: online. From the moment he sent that generic (long) pickup line, she was smitten and their conversation has yet to die down. It was Love At First... Word?
The two met face to face over a board game with a friend and Allie was so nervous that it took her several hours for the butterflies to pass enough that she could make eye contact with Dustin's beautiful eyes (which he insists are brown but she is adamant that they are hazel).
Over the last year, Allie and Dustin have gone on many adventures, including a road trip to Michigan, birthday trips to Mall of America and the aquarium, too many dinner dates to count, and many weddings where they had the privilege to celebrate the love of those important to them.
In December of 2023, Allie and Dustin welcomed a bundle of chaotic joy: a half Golden Retriever and half Newfoundland that they affectionately named Goose. From the moment they laid eyes on the silly boy, the name felt like a perfect fit.


As no surprise to anyone, Allie has a knack for being keen on even the smallest details and ruined her own proposal. Just as she figured out that her mom was the tooth fairy by comparing the signatures of the two, Allie kept an eye on the little things that Dustin said and did leading up to the proposal.
On February 13th, Dustin proposed to Allie in a (luckily) not-so-crowded Texas Road House. The lack of people at the restaurant meant there was no peer pressure to ride the celebratory saddle, which was relieving for the new bride-to-be.
The happy couple are excited to celebrate their love in front of all their loved ones!
