Q + A

Where should I go to find travel and accommodation information?

Head over to the "travel" section on our wedding website. There you will find everything you need to know about accommodations, airports, and transportation. We are so excited to have you be a part of our day!

When is the RSVP deadline?

The RSVP deadline is April 17th. We ask that you please RSVP no later than this deadline so that we are able to give our vendors final counts. Thank you so much, we are so excited to celebrate with you!

What is the dress code?

We encourage you to wear cocktail attire for our wedding. The ceremony will be held indoors, and the reception will be held outdoors. The reception venue flooring is primarily grass, so keep that in mind when selecting shoes!

Is there parking at the venue(s)?

Yes! There is plenty of parking at both Precious Blood and Atalaya Castle. Please keep in mind that cars are not able to be stored overnight at Atalaya, so plan accordingly!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

In order to respect the ceremony, we ask that there is no photography during the service. Thank you!

What is the weather like in Pawleys?

Pawleys Island is warm and humid in May, with lows around 72 degrees and highs around 83 degrees.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

As we have limited space, we ask that you do not bring a plus one unless indicated on your invitation.

What time should I arrive at the wedding ceremony?

Our ceremony begins promptly at 3:30pm, so we ask that you please arrive at the venue no later than 3:00pm so that you are able to find your seats, relax, and enjoy the beautiful prelude music.

How long is a Catholic Mass?

A mass is typically an hour long. We will provide programs to help guide you through the order of worship so that you are able to follow along!

Is there a time gap between the ceremony and reception?

There is a small time gap between the ceremony and the reception. Our ceremony will end at 4:30pm, and cocktail hour will begin at 5:00pm at Atalaya. It takes approximately 10 minutes to drive to Atalaya from Precious Blood of Christ. We look forward to dancing the night away with you!
