Yes, both the ceremony and the reception will be held indoors at the Olmsted.

We have a block of rooms reserved at a discounted rate at the Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Mall of St. Matthews on Thursday & Friday night. The room block will be available while there is vacancy or until July 11, 2024. You are not required to book both nights to use the room block. You’re also welcome to stay at another hotel or Air BnB in Louisville or a surrounding city.

Formal attire is requested. We encourage ladies to wear cocktail dresses, an evening gown or an elegant pantsuit. Suits should be accompanied with a tie. Please no white clothing or jeans.

Yes, if you put the address (3701 Frankfort Ave Louisville, KY) in your smartphone it will take you to the entrance. Please note, the Olmsted is located on the Masonic Home campus. Cross the train tracks and the security gate and you will see signs that direct you to the entrance.

There is parking available on-site. Parking is free and the facility is handicap accessible. You are welcome to leave your car the night of the wedding, but will need to pick it up by 10AM.

Please arrive early and prepare for rush hour traffic. Friday afternoons are busy in Louisville and we would hate for you to miss the ceremony.

Yes, let’s have a good time! There will be an open bar and non-alcoholic beverages available.

Yes, we are registered at Crate & Barrel and Target. We’ve also created a honeymoon fund for cash gifts.
