Homewood Suites by Hilton Newport Middletown, RI
Our Rehearsal will be taking place on Saturday October 22nd with our wedding party. We would, however, like to encourage all of our wedding guests to make a weekend of our wedding, and come down Saturday to enjoy all that Newport has to offer. At the conclusion of our rehearsal dinner, we will be having Welcome Drinks on Saturday night at 8:00pm for any guests that come the day before and would like to begin celebrating with us early! Homewood Suites in Middletown is the hotel that Pete and Amanda will be staying at. There is a two night minimum for a Saturday night hotel stay at Homewood Suites. The Saturday discount rate at Homewood is $279, and the Sunday discount rate for the wedding night is $195. Use the code CLW to access our discounted hotel room block.
Hampton Inn & Suites Newport/Middletown
We have a second hotel that is directly across the street and in walking distance from Homewood Suites with full availability. The two hotels are sister hotels, and the same block code can be used to book at our discounted rate: Saturday night stays are for a two night minimum. The Saturday night discount rate is $269 and the Sunday night wedding discount rate is $185. Use code CLW to access this discounted wedding room block.
Newport Trolley Tours by Viking Tours
Newport Trolley service will be provided for guests that would like to ride to the wedding venue from either hotel. The trolley comfortably seats 35 people per trip. We will be providing two rounds of shuttle service to Regatta Place picking up guests from both hotels on that Sunday afternoon. The times are listed below:
Round 1: 2:00pm departing from Homewood Suites parking lot to Regatta Place
Round 2: 2:30pm departing from Homewood Suites parking lot to Regatta Place
(Hampton Inn is across the street, so all guests can walk over to meet in Homewood Suites parking lot to ride the trolley).
Rides back will be provided throughout the night, after the reception and throughout the after party, back to both hotels from Goat Island. Additionally, Regatta Place has unlimited valet parking for all guests and cars can be left overnight at the venue. Regatta Place is 2.9 miles away from both guest hotels: about a 10 minute drive. A thorough itinerary will be placed in your welcome bags when you arrive at the hotel!
