Denise (and her husband Steve) are my "chosen family." My "sister from another mister"; my "brother from another mother." We met in 2004 and became friends 2005, after I moved here. Denise is the person who has seen me through my journey here, in NC. She has been there for me through thick and thin; ups and downs and everything in between! She is one of the funniest women I know, with the BEST one-liners! She is smart, creative, talented and resourceful. She is understanding and caring. I could go on, and on... It is MY honor that she accepted the invitation to stand beside me on our wedding day! I love you Denise! I am immensely grateful we met and became "family." Xoxo

Michelle & Sharon and I met in 2007. Both fellow New Yorkers, we had an instant connection. Michelle & Sharon are two of the most incredible human beings I know; and I am honored to call them my friends. Michelle and I are "soul sisters" our life paths, preferences, thoughts & ideas seem to run parallel. Sharon is truly one of the most spiritual people I know. She's both strong and kind. She doesn't just "talk the talk"; she "walks the walk." The three of us have talked deeply, openly and honestly about life. We see each other through good times and bad, and try to find the humor in it all. Thank you, for loving me & accepting me in all my forms. I am so grateful to have you both stand beside me on my wedding day! I love you both!

Melanie is Siler's sister. She is a loving and supportive wife and mother. I absolutely love her energy and enthusiasm! I do not have any siblings, and I am "over the moon" excited that I will have the honor to call her my "sister." I admire her intellect and knowledge on many subjects. I love her laughter. I am in awe of her dedication to her family & friends. Although we haven't been able to spend a lot of time together (since Siler & I met in the pandemic and she and her family live in Colorado) the time we have spent together has been great and memorable!
