Salad- Mixed Green, Carrots, Cherry Tomatos, English Cucumber and Light English Vinaigrette

Mains- Seared Altantic Salmon with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce, Couscous with Mixed Vegatable Medley

or

Seared Chicken Breast with Braised Charlotte Onions, Roasted Fingerling Potatos with Sauted Broccolini

Dessert- Nothing Bundt Cake Bundtinis. Variety of flavors
