Please make sure all RSVP are in by May 1st, 2023. This will allow us ample time to give our caterer a concrete head count for dinner.

Due to the limited capacity, our wedding is RSVP only. We will provide on the wedding invitation how many seats we are saving for you/your family.


Although we do love your little ones, our wedding is adult only unless specified on your invitation so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangement for your kiddo to stay home so you can celebrate with us!

We ask that you dress semi formal for the wedding. Please do remember that the ceremony is outside and reception is inside (if weather premits). Please dress accordingly to the weather!

If temperature allows, the garage doors will be open all night to let in air and have an open feel to the reception.

Parking will be at Cross Point Community Church in Oconomowoc( W380N6931 N Lake Rd, Oconomowoc, WI 53066). There will be a shuttle that will pick you up and bring you to the barn. You are welcome to drop off guests at the barn and return the car to the lot.

The shuttle runs from 3PM-4PM and 4:30PM to 12AM .

There will be someone in the lot to assist with parking and shuttle needs.

If you are staying at the hotel that night of, there will be a shuttle there as well that will bring you from the hotel to the venue. That shuttle will run from 3PM throughout the night.

There is 6 bathrooms all together; 2 inside the reception and 4 in the silo right outside the door. Both options are available during the reception; silo option only before and during ceremony.

There will beer, wine and soda provided at the bar during cocktail hour and throughout the night. Mixed drinks also available for purchase.

On the RSVP. please note any dietary restrictions. We do have a vegetarian option , please also check that option on RSVP.

We have a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn-Oconomowoc. It is first come, first serve for the rooms. Please book before May 10th, 2023 to get discounted rate.

If the hotel is all book out, there is the Staybridge Suite which is near the Hilton Garden Inn. We do not have a room block there so rooms may be limited.

We will be having a shuttle service running through the night to take guest to and from the hotel. It 's a 15 minute drive each way. Last shuttle will be at 11:45PM .

We do have the shuttle running before the wedding from the hotel to the barn.

For those who choice to drive to the venue, cars are allowed to park over night in the parking lot at the church.
