Our headcount is limited to those named on the invitation you received. We cannot accommodate any babies or children. Thanks for understanding.

Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) or Billy Bishop (YTZ). YYZ will have the greatest variety of flights, rental cars, and the easiest trip to the venue (you can get right on the highway from there). We recommend flying into YYZ if you can. Billy Bishop is located on Toronto Island and will require you to take a ferry, then drive through downtown Toronto (nerve-wracking even for some locals). The Hamilton airport (YHM) is an hour in the wrong direction compared to YYZ. Don't fly there!

It's possible, but we recommend renting a car for the same price. We can also connect folks open to carpooling or sharing a rental car- just let us know and we'll make the introductions.

There are a limited number of parking spots at the venue. We will have a shuttle bus running from the nearby hotel to the venue (details in the Travel tab). There is no cab/Uber service in the area. This is an open bar event, so please consider using the shuttle so you can enjoy yourself!

Please reach out to us and we'll see what the caterers can do for you. We will be offering a vegetarian option and garlic/onion free option, and may be able to accommodate other needs.

Cocktail formal and your dancing shoes!

We're very sorry to say that it is not, due to the historic nature of the building. The venue features stairs up to the main door, and stairs to the downstairs cocktail area. There are washrooms located on the main floor.

Phone service can be a bit spotty.
