Zach and I had reserved the cabin for the week of the wedding. We slept in the master bedroom on one side of the cabin, while everyone else was in bedrooms on the other side of the cabin, upstairs in the loft, or downstairs in the basement. It was wonderful to be able to set up for the wedding on site and then to have a week to relax and spend with family.

History-

This cabin was handcrafted by Bob Brook sin 2005. Bob used logs from the property and supplies from the local area. While building the cabin, Bob lived in a small shed on the property. The shed was only big enough to hold a cot and a small wood fueled stove and it remains on the property today.

Property-

The cabin sits on 10 acres of private property in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest about 15 minutes north of Leavenworth, Washington. The property rests among trees with a small creek running through.
