The room block book by date is September 11th, 2024.

Guests may also choose to call reservations at 1-866-377-5274 to book their room. They must mention the wedding to get the discounted rate. This is also a great option for guests who need to book outside of the room block's availability, need a handicap accessible room, or have any other special rooming requests.

IMPORTANT: Check in time is 4:00 PM. For our guests who are coming in the DAY OF the wedding (Saturday), the hotel will be giving priority to our guests with the room block to get our rooms ready first above any general public. They do allow early check in with notice and provided the rooms are ready to go, can check in as early as 12:00 PM. Make sure to call them ahead of time for the heads up, the phone number is listed above.

** Note that this also falls on Peek N’ Peak resort’s Fall Fest weekend. While we have a room block for both Friday and Saturday, the need for rooms that weekend will be high so we advise that you book sooner rather than later to guarantee your stay availability.
