We kindly request that all guests arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony's start time of 5:00 PM. Light refreshments will be available to keep you cool. Arriving early will ensure ample time to park, sign our guest book, grab a drink, and find your seat comfortably. We greatly appreciate your cooperation with this request!

Our guests are welcome to park in any of the Country Club of Indianapolis parking lots. Upon arrival, please enter through the Country Club’s main front entrance. From there, you will be directed to the ceremony location. Thank you for your attention to these details!

We ask that all guests wear cocktail attire. Color is encouraged! We can’t wait to see our guests dressed in their colorful best as we celebrate together. Check out the link below for a guide to cocktail attire.

We understand your concern, as late June can be pretty warm. Our ceremony will be approximately 30 minutes long and in a shaded area outdoors, weather permitting. Dinner and dancing will follow indoors in a comfortably air-conditioned ballroom.

After formal invitations are delivered, our online RSVP form will open. Each form will specifically indicate how many seats are reserved in your family’s name. We deeply appreciate your understanding and support, and we can't wait to share this wonderful occasion with you!

Our wedding celebration will include a quality selection of beer, wine, and two signature beverages crafted just for the occasion, all complimentary for our guests. As we begin dinner, a cash bar will also be available for those who would prefer something other than our offerings.

Our venue is equipped to meet all dietary needs! If you have any dietary restrictions or preferences, such as gluten intolerance or vegetarianism, please indicate this on your online RSVP form. We will ensure you receive a suitable meal.
