LODGING
Since the wedding is during Spring Break and the height of the High Season, rooms will get booked up far in advance, so we strongly encourage you to book as soon as possible if you choose to not book a room in our room block.
When looking for a place to stay, you will notice two sides, the town side (downtown Telluride) and the mountainside. All of the festivities and most of the guests will be staying on the town side. Please double-check which area your hotel or Airbnb is located in before you book! The town is tiny, so anywhere on the town side is extremely walkable and convenient.
Mountainside Inn
We have arranged a room block with this hotel for our guests. With this room block, we are getting 15% off the online rates. These discounted rates are available for booking only until February 8, 2022. After that, the remaining rooms are released to the public, and the discount is void. These are the best rates we've found in Telluride, so we recommend going with a room in our block.
There are two room types available.

Alpine Lodging Telluride
This is the main company that we have a code with. They have a lot of really nice places to stay on the town side of Telluride. You can book online using the link below and the following code: ZEUNSTROM. If you prefer to book over the phone or get information, please call (970)-728-3388. Choose the General Sales Team option, and you will be directed to a reservation team. The code should get you 5% off of your stay.
The Peaks Resort & Spa
The Peaks Resort offers an array of accommodations and various amenities, including the Altezza Restaurant and bar, fitness center with outdoor pool, and a full-service spa.
We have arranged a courtesy 10% discount at the Peaks Resort. Please use the link below to use this discount. The code and wedding dates will be automatically applied via this link.
NOTE: The Peaks is on the Mountainside of the mountain and not on the town-side. If you decide to book The Peaks, know that the gondola is the main transportation between the town and the hotel. The gondola closes at midnight, and there are no Ubers in Telluride.
AirBnB
Telluride and Mountain Village have many houses and condos of different sizes and price points for rent. This is also a good option if you want to link up with other guests and do a rental together. If you’re considering this option, we suggest you book sooner rather than later. Locals have told us that most of Telluride will be fully booked by December.

Rent a Car
WARNING - THERE ARE NO UBERS IN TELLURIDE! The Town of Telluride is only about a mile long and easily walkable wherever you need to go. Parking is usually pretty scarce in town as well. Unless you plan on visiting attractions outside of Telluride or Mountain Village, there is no need to rent a car. The free gondola from Mountain Village will drop you into town in under 20 minutes.
**Free gondola will provide transportation between Telluride and Mountain Village, as well as to the ceremony and reception.
AIRPORTS
We recommend booking your flights and lodging with a 24hr buffer in case of bad weather. Colorado is known for its snowstorms in March, and it is best to leave enough time for travel in case there are any delays.
Option 1: Fly to Montrose (MTJ) or Grand Junction (GJT) + Shuttle to Telluride
The Montrose Regional Airport (MTJ) is the primary airport for Telluride and is a scenic 65 miles away. Don't hesitate to contact Telluride Express for a shuttle service to and from Telluride at (970) 728-6000. You can also contact Mountain Limo at (970) 728-9606, but clarify whether you are receiving a shared or private ride, as private rides are more expensive. Grand Junction Airport is farther, but also available for shuttle service to Telluride.
Option 2: Fly to Telluride (TEX)
It is possible, albeit expensive, to fly commercially into Telluride on United Airlines. From the airport, it is a 10-minute shuttle ride to either downtown Telluride or Mountain Village. Don't hesitate to contact Telluride Express for a shuttle service to and from Telluride at (970) 728-6000. You can also contact Mountain Limo at (970) 728-9606, but clarify whether you are receiving a shared or private ride, as private rides are more expensive.
Option 3: Fly to Denver (DIA) + Drive to Telluride
It is possible to fly into Denver, rent a car, and drive to Telluride. In good weather conditions, this is a 7-hour drive one-way and full of mountain roads and passes. Since March is the snowiest month for Telluride, we suggest adding buffer time in bad weather. For driving directions, please click here.
Please note that parking is limited in Telluride and that there is a fee to park almost everywhere. Cars are not necessary once in telluride because it is very walkable. A free gondola runs between the Town of Telluride (a tiny, walkable town) and Mountain Village.
