The drive down I-35 is Reachelle's favorite drive. It always means good times are ahead. Here's a few places you must stop!
Exit 386 - World's Largest Caterpillar
Okay...so don't actually stop here. But, this is a wild roadside attraction you'll surely see from the highway. His name is Bruco and he's some sort of manufacturing plant.
Exit 353 - Czech Stop
For DELICIOUS, authentic kolaches and klobasneks... there's only one place. The Czech Stop. Mouth watering...seriously, country songs have been made about this place. Slovacek's is across the highway, but don't be fooled...it's not as good ;)
Reachelle's go-to: Pineapple + Cream Cheese Kolache
Andy's go-to: Very Berry Kolache
Waco, TX - Magnolia Market at the Silos
Ladies! This is your excuse to finally go to see the real life Fixer Upper store. Maybe selfie it up with Joanna! College sports fans - you'll drive right past the Baylor Football field.
Exit 304 - Buc-ee's
Fun snacks, great bathrooms, plenty of gas pumps. Famous for Buc-ee’s Beaver Nuggets, a sweet corn puff snack and fun t-shirts. A Texas Staple.
Round Rock, TX - Premium Outlets If you left some space in your suitcase you can have a shopping trip at the premium outlets! This is also your last stop before Austin. You made it!

If you take Highway 290 Here are some stops for ya!
Brenham, TX - BlueBell Creamery - Blue Bell has a cult- like following in Texas. Really there is no other ice cream in our eyes. One time there was a shortage and Texans went wild.
Carmine, TX - Weikel's Bakery - Apparently they also have mouth-watering kolaches. If you stop here you have to tell Reachelle how they were! There's also an oversized metal dinosaur that welcomes guests to the bakery.
Giddings, TX - Buc-ee's
Don't worry you get a Buc-ee's here, too!
Fun snacks, great bathrooms, plenty of gas pumps. Famous for Buc-ee’s Beaver Nuggets, a sweet corn puff snack and fun t-shirts. A Texas Staple.
