- Opens at 9 am: brunch at Secret Congee in Ballard. We love their garlic blue crab congee, Whidbey island cod and Chinese herbs congee, and their tom yum lobster congee.

- Take the Edmonds to Kingston ferry and drive west towards Sequim.

via car...

- For breakfast in Tacoma, Pacific Southern or Marcia's Silver Spoon Cafe are good choices.

- Continue northwest towards Sequim.

Regardless of how you got to the peninsula, we can continue on this way...

- Lunch recs: Salty Girls- Sequim Seafood, Sawadee Thai Cuisine, or Pacific Pantry Eatery for sandwiches.

- Graysmarsh Farm has u-pick berries and a mini lavender farm. Pick some loganberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries here! They'll be perfect for the remainder of the day :)

- Jardin du Soleil Lavender Farm will be the first lavender farm of your Sequim lavender trip! They have u-cut lavender, millions of photo ops, lavender-infused treats, and homemade lavender goods.

- In Bloom Lavender Farms will be your second lavender farm. It's a family-owned and operated farm, and it looks so cute with a kids play area, photo ops, and a u-cut section.

- Dungeness Valley Creamery is a working dairy with homemade ice cream. We've personally never been here, but it sure looks fire.

- Olympic Game Farm is a wild animal drive-thru and looks like an insane, wildly cool experience.

- B & B Lavender Farm will be your last lavender farm of your Sequim trip. It's the largest farm and has free educational tours of how they make their lavender products all summer long.

- Head on back east and get drive-thru food wherever your heart desires!
