La Quercia is a really special restaurant that serves super innovative twists on Roman classics!

Their Fiori di Zucca (deep fried zucchini flowers stuffed with cheese and anchovies) are TO DIE FOR!

Guys, if you want cheap, delicious, homemade Roman grub, this is the place for you! If you want attentive and overly polite waiters..don't go here..

This is a true trattoria in the centre of Trastevere and let us tell you, it is DELICIOUS! ALL the Roman classics and at cheap and cheerful prices!

They don't take reservations here so if you want to be sure not to queue up for too long, arrive at 8pm on the dot when they open!

Yum yum yum! They have the most amazing meat here! If you want a delicious steak, this is your place!

They also have AMAZING pasta alle vongole (pasta with clams) and to start, you must try a pizza bianca!

We tried this restaurant when we were last in Rome and wow! The food was incredible and also super innovative!
