While RSVPing, please read the associated names linked to your invite. If you have a plus one, they will be designated as "guest". Please confirm in the RSVP if they are coming and fill in the name of your guest along with their dietary preferences.

Lynchburg has many wonderful hotels and AirBnB rentals that are available. For your convenience, a block of rooms will be available at the Virginian Hotel. Multiple hotels nearby will be available for accommodations that will be providing room blocks that are not at the Virginian. Please see the "Travel" section for further information on blocks.

Cocktail attire with the option to dress formal, please. For ladies, a dress in cocktail or floor length or pantsuit and for gentlemen, a suit or khakis with a sports coat is preferred. Please refrain from wearing a tuxedo or ball gown! If you would like to dress in the color theme, please pick shades of pink, green, or khaki, but this is completely optional. Please review the "Dress Code" page of the website for further clarification.

Yes! Logan and Anne know a lot of kids, and want them there on the big day. If they are coming, please designate them on the RSVP with their respective ages and if they would like their own kid's meal.

Please let us know on the RSVP! This includes any special diets and allergies.

The couple will be having a small after party after the send off at a local brewery. Details will be announced at the end of the evening.

Joining us in celebrating our special day is a gift alone, but if you feel inclined, please see the "Registry" section. We will have a place designated for cards and gifts at the wedding, but since we do not live in Lynchburg, the best method to gift would be through the registry so they can be shipped directly to our home!

The ceremony and reception are located inside and they are on the same property.

Please utilize the valet lane and inform them of your mobility issue, and the hotel staff will help escort you into the building.

Lynchburg in early June typically stays around the low 80s and typically does not drop below the 70s range. Rain is sometimes a possibility, but we will be inside.

Parking is located directly behind the hotel with entrances to the upper and lower decks on Main and 8th Street. Event parking is complimentary. Overnight self-parking ($12.00/per night) is located on the second deck of the parking lot located directly across from the Hotel’s main entrance on Church street, and Valet Services are available to all guests for $17.00.
