We highly recommend & encourage that all guests stay at our room block in downtown Dallas (even if you are driving in from Austin)! Not only is there a lot to explore if you decide to stick around for the weekend, but our discounted rate is available for 4 days before & after the event if you decide to stay in town a little longer! Additionally, we will be providing a complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and the venue (30 minute drive). Please indicate if you will be utilizing this service on your RSVP.

There are a handful of hotel options in Waxahachie that are about a 15 minute drive from the venue. We highly recommend & encourage utilizing a rideshare to and from the venue if you plan on drinking alcohol throughout the event!
