Where to stay:
It's been a bit difficult to plan exact numbers and availabilities due to COVID restrictions in Maine. We've made a few hotel blocks available, but honestly there are lots of really great hotel and AirBnB options that are significantly cheaper! Please choose wherever fits your weekend plans the best!
How to get to the venue:
We will be providing bus service to the venue from both the Hyatt and Residence Inn in Portland-OldPort, and the Hilton in Freeport. Please see schedule below:

Residence Inn by Marriott Portland Downtown/Waterfront
We opened up another hotel block in downtown Portland at the Residence Inn! They have a few options between Kings, 2 Queens, and King + sofa which may help everybody out with the lodging logistics. We will make sure that the Portland shuttle will pick you up!
Hyatt Place Portland-Old Port
The Hyatt Place provides a great location in downtown Portland where the welcome event, after party, and farewell brunch will be held. It's a very fun place to stay! They could only provide King bed rooms (with a queen sleeper) in the block, so we understand if you want to look elsewhere! The hotel is 30 minutes from the venue, and we will provide a shuttle from here for the Maine Event.
Hilton Garden Inn Freeport Downtown
The Hilton Garden Inn in Freeport is a bit closer to our venue for those who want to minimize that travel time. It is 20 minutes from our the Maine event in Pineland Farms, and it is also 20 minutes from the rest of our events in downtown Portland.
