Please arrive by 5:00 pm to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum for the ceremony to begin at 5:30 pm. This will allow time for your party to make their way to the ceremony space on the Carlton Family Terrace.

We have blocks of rooms available for guests to reserve at the Residence Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center and Hyatt House Nashville Downtown/Convention Center. The Residence Inn is across the street from the venue and is a 4 minute walk. The Hyatt House is on the same street as the venue and is an 8 minute walk. The links for reservations are located in the “Travel” tab. The room block is available from Friday - Sunday. If you wish to arrive earlier or stay later, please call the hotel to complete your reservation.

The attire for our wedding is cocktail / semi-formal. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie. Ladies are welcome to wear a midi- or knee-length gown.

We suggest flying into the Nashville International Airport (BNA). The airport is located approximately 10 minutes away from the County Music Hall of Fame and Museum and is easily accessible via Uber / Lyft.

As much as we love your little ones, with the exception of our invited family members, our wedding will be child-free. Please enjoy a date night celebrating with us!
